Meeting with businesses to determine requirements, research current and proposed branding, perform market research, and learn more about the business and the industry
Determine KPIs to measure success
Competitive analysis of other related businesses
Heuristic evaluation to determine what's working and what is not, as far as current user journeys, interface design, and branding
Determination of information architecture
Site map creation and sign-off
Low fidelity wireframes
Regular meetings and communication with the business
High fidelity mockups, including custom photography and graphic design (in some cases)
Design sign-off for development
Front-end development in HTML/CSS/JavaScript (in some cases)
Final sign-off for launch
Analyze and measure success according to the KPIs and/or determine room for improvement
Regular design/content updates as necessary (in some cases)
